Aiming for Simultaneous Release!

Before I even start, I want to point out that this entire article is all conjecture, and rumor. There is however, some evidence that seems to point to a simultaneous worldwide release for Final Fantasy Versus XIII, when it eventually releases.
As you already know, the first ever gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy Versus XIII was revealed at Square Enix's conference in Japan this January. The gameplay footage shows a lot of English text in use on the menu system, despite being meant for a mainly Japanese audience.

The names of the party members, Ignis, Gladiolus and Noctis (and later Prompto as well) are mentioned in English too. In fact, the only bit of Japanese text you see on the menu throughout the trailer, is when Noctis mounts a mech. In comparison, Final Fantasy XIII's first gameplay trailer was shown, it had mainly Japanese text:

As I said earlier, I could be reading way too much into this, but usually when a Japanese game has English text on the menu, you can expect an English release is not far behind the Japanese release! Platinum Games are notorious for this and have release most of their titles worldwide simultaneously. But if this is true, could we see a trailer with English voice-acting at E3 2011? Only time can tell! ;)
