a year from now

I didn knew this is the reason why I will get into Form 6.
I never ever imagine they are the one who approach and I gave them myself to.
I had everything planned from the starting.
I told myself, Im not gonna go back form 6 for sure.

Designing, is the path Im going, for sure!

I myself felt surprised, just the 3 days with them.
The joy of working with them, although they are my juniors, some even new faces.
Reminds me, they were as great as my last year's.
They made me willing do almost anything just for them right now.
It just flows through your body, the passion!

Yeah, it shouldn be any of my business.
After all, Im just an ex-captain of 2008, a senior.
I came back for them. Besides just a promise I made, of cuz, red house means something to me, a family!
The bond inside there, hold us tight each other's hand.

We are one colour, one heart, one spirit, the 2007's motto.
Its like, once merah, always merah! The loyalty, the 2008's spirit.
and for 2009, we're honest to ourself. Cuz we knew we "won" it with honour and pride.

I was disappointed to the marchers on Tuesday. The truth I must tell.
The guys were the black sheep. But we never gave up on them.
Sean Paul, from Aus, together with me had a 2 hours lecture to the commander - Si Jun.
You wouldn wanna see our conversation I bet.
Its all lecturing, giving advices, teaching, and ohm-ing! =)

On the Wed, finally I get to see what I was waiting for.
The red marchers, were hot-to-go.
The steps, the formation, the marching, the face of theirs trying to tell everyone on the field, "WE ARE GETTING 1ST FOR SURE!"
That night was simply the same as last year's.
The marchers were so cool, giving their best shot for their last practice.

I was there, I witnessed it by my own eyes.
They did their part, we knew they tried their best.
cuz no matter if they win or lost, they're number 1 in everyone's heart.

I spent the whole night staying up.
Building the deco. I climbed like a real monkey, tieing the gadgets.
Got quite a few bruises on the hands and legs. Which I think its nothing.
The marchers sacrificing putting themselves under the sun for like 2 weeks for practicing.

The deco, it was the most outstanding one among the other 4.
With no doubt, I dont see why we will lose.
Everyone was talking about it.
Everyone was hoping we win it.
Teachers and the entire crowd was impressed by the deco.

Yet, some asshole from the other house was jealous and gave a complaint to bring us down to last.
the marchers cried, captain cried, so do I.
3 weeks effort was in there, but got nothing in return.
The atmosphere suddenly turned indescribable... cuz we lost.

Still, like the merah's teacher said, "We dont need the trophy to prove we won. We knew we are 1st"
At that moment, I felt she was right. We all knew it after all. We are M1D1.

The committee were great, they all did their best.
They didn failed me. Cuz I admit, I am worried for them since the beginning.
But it turned out pretty well I must say.

QiXiang, thanks for coming back for the past 4 years. Really dont know how to thank you. Merah owe u.

YiChin, you've done great. You truly inherited wht captain's supposed to.

SiJun, no wasted lecturing you for the last 2hours. =)

JinYee, you command well. You did great!

KaPoh, didn know you'll be in great help. Like, UNBELIEVABLE!

Sharron, you should listen to senior and sleep. XD

Committee 2009, all the sacrifice and effort, we all knew it. 

Marchers 2009, you all done great and was the cutest one on the field! X)

To all who I didn mentioned and some I forgot, its good to have you people around.

I got lots feedbacks after that.
We were the best.
We'll come back next year.
We'll bring back the trophy from those assholes, we will shout out loud next year!
We'll bring the marching 1st AGAIN, the deco CHAMPION!
We'll show them Merah, is Hot-To-GO!

You guys are the reason why... no doubt!
A year from now, 365days.
I'll hold the Red Flag, leading MERAH once more!
We'll give the entire crowd, merah always bring the crowd hot till the max!

No sacrifice, No victory!
